Industry: Travel booking services (car, hotel, etc. reservations)
Objective: To create a high-converting website with pop-up windows and set up an advertising campaign to attract initial customers.


Phase 1: Immersion in Business

To create a website that inspires travel and generates bookings, we started with a detailed analysis:

🔍 Market and Competitor Analysis: We studied the online booking market, analyzed competitor offerings, and identified trends and best practices.
🎯 Target Audience Definition: Travelers seeking convenient and affordable booking options, from budget-friendly to premium service. We identified their needs and preferences in choosing accommodation, transportation, and activities.
🤝 Communication with experts: We worked closely with a representative of the booking services business to identify the unique advantages of the service, formulate a value proposition and distinguish it from competitors. We discussed all the important aspects, such as ease of search, a wide range of options, guarantees, and customer support.


Phase 2: Website Design

The main goal is to make the booking process as simple and convenient as possible, increase conversion rates, and motivate users to take action.

✏️ Prototyping:

We developed an intuitive website structure, including the following sections:

  • Appealing First Screen: With inspiring images and an emphasis on the USP (e.g., “Book Your Dream Trip with Tripfery!”).
  • Service Benefits: Highlighting the advantages of Tripfery: a wide selection of destinations, best prices, quality guarantee, convenient search and booking.
  • Selections and Recommendations: Sections with inspiring selections of destinations, hot deals, and recommendations based on user preferences.
  • Search and Filters: A convenient search function with advanced filters to select hotels, cars, and other services based on various parameters (price, amenities, location, etc.).
  • Satisfied Customer Reviews: A section with real reviews and ratings to build user trust.
  • Call to Action with Contact Form: Effective contact forms for obtaining consultations, special offers, and booking information.

Approval: We approved the prototype and made adjustments as needed.


Phase 3: Design and Visual Concept

🎨 Design Concept:

We used bright, inspiring colors that evoke associations with travel and recreation.
We focused on the visual representation of the service’s advantages: beautiful photos of hotels, cars, and breathtaking landscapes.
Responsive Design: The site is fully adapted for viewing on any device, providing a convenient user experience on smartphones, tablets, and computers.


Phase 4: Development and Functionality

💻 Coding:

We wrote clean, optimized code, ensuring fast page loading and excellent performance.

We ensured cross-browser compatibility so that the site displays correctly in all popular browsers.

🔧 Programming:
